Summer 2007. Hello! Spring is "sprung" & Summer is here. Here are highlights of what we've been up to and some pictures to go with...

On Mother's day, Hans, Amanda, Adam, and Micah joined Cindi in a day of yardwork. We weeded the entire yard, planted some of th garden, and finished the front yard rock garden. Thanks Kids!

Hans and Amanda (brave and insane souls that they are) climbed Mt. Rainier (with 2 friends, Russ and Norm, along with a guided group) the 2nd week in June and made it to the top! While Hans was climbing Rainier, Cindi was exploring less dangerous terrain...Napa! Cindi and her brother, Bryan, spent the week relaxing, wine-tasting, art-buying, visiting, and having a great time. Even saw an honest-to-goodness castle in Napa (very cool.).

Update on the family: Adam has moved to an apartment in Federal way with two friends. He's also just bought a new motorcycle. It's very pretty...for a motocycle :). Amanda moved to an apartment in Magnolia (Seattle) working as a research chemist in Ballard. She is thinking of going back to Pharmacy school -- a very exciting time for her. Micah is working at Office Depot and drumming in his band, The Formal. The band plays several shows each month, playing locally in Seattle, as well as other parts of Washington and in Idaho and Oregon. Alysa, Eric, & the boys are in Idaho. Alysa telecommutes for the Jorve company and Eric is the general manager for the Best Western Lodge at River's Edge in Orofino. Andy and Lori are living down in sunny San Diego - they moved to a new place and have a new puppy!

My dad (Bill), brother (Dan), and nephew (Steve) and their "hunting buddies" went camping this past weekend (Timberwolf) and I've got a few pictures of the happy campers!
